Clarence "Scooter" Jackson is the General Manager of TesTex Inspection LLC. A leader in the Pipeline/Tank Inspection circuit, Scooter has several years experience in the field with on the job training. When not teaching certified D.O.T. training courses for API Cerifications, Scooter performs tank and piping inspections along with his highly qualified support staff.
Grady Hatton, a Regional Manager of TesTex Inspection LLC, has CWI, CWE, API 510 and 570 certifications and years experience in the field.

Ron VanArsdale was a Safety and Inspection Trainer of TesTex Inspection LLC. and founder of Inspection Training And Consulting (ITAC). Ron conducted the training courses for ITAC, created new courses for inspection as well as developed custom training programs. He was also an industry consultant for tank and piping problems and he will be greatly missed.
